We want you to be satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• the item must be unused and in its original condition
• the item must be returned in its original packaging
• proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:
• items damaged through misuse
• products returned without prior contact
• sale or discounted items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos/videos of the issue and we will work to resolve it.

Refunds are processed after returned items are inspected and approved.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
